I just bought a new 43″ Plasma, but have a nice 34″ Sony Widescreen HD Tube TV. The picture is incredible on it, but the TV weighs over 200 pounds and is very deep. Should I keep this TV around or should I get rid of it? I paid $2000 for this thing back in 2002.

Going to preface this by saying we’ll most likely call our TV Provider, but right now since I cant, I’m curious what this could be and if anyones experienced it before.
Just this morning our television started blipping to another channel. I can understand that every so often, but its happened several times. The channel that its flipping to is not even a channel we get, its Channel 1 HD, and we dont have any HD channels or even an HD TV! To make sure it wasnt just an issue with that particular channel we flipped around to see, and noticed that nearly every channel before 24 is the same; Channel 1 HD.
I assumed it was cross-talk, but I’ve only ever heard of this with phones and radios, never a whole TV. Anyone else ever happened before? Does the TV company usually fix it? Does it cost anything? Just really curious about this hah.
I recently bought an Edge 10 LCD Monitor and I used the HDMI to DVI Cable and discoverd no sound. I then bought this adapter for the XBOX 360 to plug into the monitor with sound and it worked http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=3…

I have a samsung tv that’s connected to my computer. On the remote I can press source but it only has two options which are PC and TV. I connected my xbox 360 to it but cant figure out how to switch it to game. Help?
i just bought a happauge hd pvr and then i bought sony vegas pro 10 for editing but whenever i put the recorded gameplay on sony vegas pro it shows on too big like it show just the top left corner of the tv screen i need help im trying to upload videos to youtube so if you can help me solve this i will put ur name in one of my commentaries i need help please to make display smaller

why would someone want to watch it on a ipad instead of hdtv in 5.1 surround sound?
I have a Samsung BD-D5700 with Smart Hub and Netflix, which has been working perfectly for months. But one evening early in January, Netflix loads but will not show any movies. Any title I try to watch says “We’re having trouble playing this title right now. Please try back later or pick a different title.”
After hours on chat and the phone with both Netflix and Samsung, I still cannot use Netflix through the Samsung. Netflix works fine on my computers, including my laptop on the same wireless network, and all other Apps on the Samsung work fine (Youtube, BBC, Weather, Vudu, Hulu, etc.). And while Netflix works fine through the Wii, I don’t want the game system always attached to our main TV.
Samsung blames the Netflix App, and Netflix tries to pass off the blame to my network (which downloads at speeds approx 5Mbps; Netflix only requires 1 Mbps for non-HD) or blames Samsung. I have tried every adjustment suggested by both parties to no avail, even hooking up via ethernet cable (which made no difference – still NO GO).
Am I the only person affected by this problem? HELP!!
the cabe box i have is terminal-explorer-4250-hd
and im using a magnavox dvr it does not record hd but thats not the problem i just want to be able to record from the cable box in sd without the pillar boxes.
it does record sd video from the cable wire when i (do not hook up the cable box)i just hook up the cable to the dvr (when i go to source and tune to a channel the resolution is fine with no pillarboxes)
i only have this problem when i install it with the cable box ,does it sound like im doing something wrong?
the way i had it hooked up was cable from the wall went into cable in
then composite out wires from back of cable box to composite in of dvr and composite out to tv and
i also have hdmi cable coming from dvr and from cable box going to two seperate hdmi inputs into the tv.
that may be the problem im thinking of maybe just using the composite out on the dvr and dont use the hdmi out on the dvr to see if that resolves the problem,in the meantime id like to know is there any other way i can install this to get rid of hte pillar boxes.
